Gwinnett County Parks, those either owned or managed by the City of Duluth, even the National Park Service, are available for inside and outdoor use within the Duluth High School Cluster, providing gathering space for a variety of functions.  Local athletes benefit from baseball, football, and softball fields, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts while a roller hockey rink and other skating facilities are also available for use.  Some water enthusiasts from all around Atlanta enjoy the boat ramps at the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area at Abbotts Bridge and the one at Rogers Bridge Park while the aquatic center, interactive fountains, lakes, and ponds appeal to others.  Many residents enjoy the community garden, dog parks, pavilions with grills, playgrounds, and trails while others prefer inside activities in the classrooms,  gymnasium, kitchen, dance and pottery studios.  Please ask me about the youth sports leagues available at Bunten, Pinckneyville, and Shorty Howell Parks along with more information on the park events planned for the remainder of the year.
