Sound Bathing 101 - Up to 15 participants aged 13 and over are invited to Meeting Room #6 at the Pinckneyville Park Community Recreation Center to learn about the ancient tradition and benefits of sound bathing, then immerse themselves in sound waves and vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Line Dancing - Participants 50 and better of all skill levels can enroll to learn line dancing in the dance studio at the Pinckneyville Park Community Recreation Center. Learn more and register.

Yoga & Breath - Up to ten participants aged 15 and older may register to learn how to regulate their breathing, body, and stress levels through gentle movement and breathing exercises in Meeting Room 6 of the Pinckneyville Park Community Recreation Center. Learn more and register.
